Terry has over 40 years of experience at senior level in HR in international companies and has worked exclusively in the Higher Education and NGO sector for the last 7 years with Compandben. The Division works with (mainly USA based universities and NGO s supporting their programs worldwide and has been accepted as a third party provider by funding agencies such as USAID and Gates Foundation.

As at May 2021, 132 employees are employed on behalf of universities and NGOs in 32 countries.. We are delighted to work with our current and future clients on these essential programs, and in 2020 Compandben was accepted as an Industry partner of HUMENTUM, the USA based international association of NGOs.

Prior to joining Compandben SA, George was an International Sales Director in complex Global Network, Infrastructure and Application Sales and Global Outsourcing. He has had particular success in building teams, in countries where his Employer had no entity.

Kathrine, joined Compandben in 2019 supporting Jolene in the finance function and takes particular responsibility for the Global Accounts Payable process as well as Expense Management. She lives in a horse racing town in the beautiful New Forest in the UK

Jolene joined Compandben International in 2018 as Finance Executive Assistant following a brief spell with our partners Intpay Ltd. She is responsible for cash flow and payroll, and manages Compandben entities in Ireland and Andorra, Iceland and Sweden.

Global Operations Manager

Luke previously worked as Global Vendor Manager for a large Payroll Outsourcing companies. After a brief spell working alongside Kevin in Intpay Ltd, he joined Compandben in 2017 full time. He is responsible for client accounts both Compandben SA & Compandben International.

Angelica De Vrij has worked for Compandben for 5 years after completing a business degree in the Universidad Europea in Madrid. She is fluent in Spanish, French & English, is based in Belgium, and looks after the PEO pricing database as well as doing invoicing and payments for Compandben SA .

Francophone Client Service

Anab Tschumi is based in Geneva and is in charge of developing our service for Francophone clients. She is fluent in French, and provides marketing, project management and account management services. Anab and worked for 5 years for the Helvetic Consulting Group before joining Compandben.
